Project Coordinator Role

 

The primary focus of this role is to support the planning, delivery, and implementation of faculty projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing student experience. This includes collaborating with key stakeholders to develop and manage effective communications, monitoring and tracking project progress, and providing administrative support to increase students' global mobility and experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of faculty projects and initiatives related to student experience.
  • Collaborate with academic and professional staff to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with students, staff, and external partners.
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring alignment with approved plans and timelines.
  • Provide administrative support for project coordination, including data management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

 

Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship or working rights.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a student-related function, with an understanding of courses, program progression, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and liaise effectively with stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge of policies, systems, procedures, and guidelines.
