As a pivotal member of our HR department, the Global Mobility Professional will play a key role in delivering seamless end-to-end services and support to businesses and international assignees worldwide.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in global mobility, with expertise in coordinating international relocations and assignments, providing advisory to business stakeholders, briefings to employees, and managing relocation logistics.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance on international compensation, taxation, and immigration considerations for globally mobile employees
  • Managing multiple stakeholders to deliver global mobility related projects, such as policy reviews, process improvements, and legislative compliance
  • Ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations, including employment law, immigration, tax, and pension laws
  • Developing and implementing effective processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
