Job Title:

Manager - Technical Training and Skills Standards

About the Role:

The position of Manager - Technical Training and Skills Standards plays a pivotal role in shaping the energy sector's workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading engagement efforts across the Energy, Gas, and Renewables sectors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deliver high-quality VET training products that meet industry standards;
  • Promote collaboration and resource sharing among teams;
  • Analyse labour market data to inform training program development;
  • Streamline and rationalise approaches to education to enhance efficiency;
Key Qualifications:
  • A qualification in education or training, or 5+ years' experience developing training packages;
  • Previous experience in the development of training programs, packages, and materials is essential;
  • Understanding of UEE, UEG, UEP, and/or UET training packages is required;
  • Demonstrated experience in knowledge management and regulatory compliance;
