Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our sales and customer experience teams. As Deputy Market Sales and Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for implementing business strategies, overseeing team performance, and driving growth in an omnichannel environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead large teams in a fast-paced retail setting, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional results.
  • Identify commercial opportunities to boost sales and improve the bottom line, leveraging market knowledge and customer behavior insights.
  • Analyze data to inform decisions, whether it's sales figures, customer feedback, or team performance, and translate insights into action.
  • Balance strategic vision with day-to-day tasks, leading leaders, improving processes, and maintaining efficiency.
  • Create a positive, inclusive work environment where colleagues feel supported, respected, and motivated, leading with empathy and clarity, and helping your team grow and succeed.
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-4 years of leadership experience in a big box or multi-site retail operation.
  • Proven business acumen, people management skills, including leading and coaching line managers.
  • Successful track record of implementing plans and making things happen.
  • Skilled in problem solving, conflict management, and people development.
  • Able to make informed commercial decisions based on market data.
