We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operator to join our team.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' orders are received, packed and dispatched efficiently.

  • Receive, inspect and store incoming goods safely and correctly.
  • Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders with precision and accuracy.
  • Process returns and repack resaleable items.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and confidently.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized warehouse environment.
  • Support stock management through regular stock counts and inventory updates.
  • Report any discrepancies or damage and suggest improvements to workflows and processes.

You will be working as part of a dynamic team that values safety, efficiency and quality. If you have experience in warehouse operations and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

  • Warehouse or logistics experience (preferably in e-commerce).
  • A current forklift license (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Safety-minded and follows procedures.
  • Great attention to detail and reliability.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A positive attitude and takes pride in work.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Gmail, Cin7, Shippit, MS Excel/Google Sheets and Slack is an advantage.
