We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to assist in the preparation and dispatch of projects. This role will involve operating forklifts to safely move goods, utilizing hand and power tools to support tradesmen onsite, conducting routine maintenance checks, maintaining factory cleanliness and safety standards, and relocating materials as needed.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure projects are prepared efficiently.
  • Safely operate forklifts to transport goods within the warehouse.
  • Assist skilled workers by providing manual labor and using various tools.
  • Perform regular maintenance inspections to prevent equipment issues.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Move materials between warehouses and yards according to business needs.
  • Provide general assistance across different departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A valid forklift license is highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with operational procedures and safety protocols is essential.
  • Basic computer literacy or relevant experience.
  • Good physical fitness for manual handling tasks.
  • Experience with hand and power tools (advantageous).
  • Mechanical aptitude (desirable).
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • A reliable means of transportation.
