Warehouse Operator Job Description

Our organization is seeking a reliable and motivated Factory Operator to join our warehouse operations team on a full-time basis.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
  • Assist with production logistics and general factory duties
  • Accurately pick and pack orders
  • Maintain stock records
  • Provide customer support and answer phone inquiries
  • Uphold workplace health and safety standards at all times
Key Qualifications:
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to quality and safety
  • Forklift license and previous experience in a similar factory or warehouse role
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative
