Job Title: Fulfilment Specialist
Location: Warehouse – Transport & Logistics
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am start time (non-negotiable)
Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Fulfilment Specialist to join our warehouse and logistics team.
This role is hands-on and plays a key part in ensuring the smooth processing, packing, and dispatch of customer orders.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to handle physical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
Load and unload goods, ensuring correct handling and storage.
Operate within warehouse safety standards at all times.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
Assist in stock control, inventory checks, and replenishment.
Coordinate with team members and supervisors to meet daily fulfilment targets.
Support transport and logistics operations as required.

Requirements:

Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfilment preferred but not essential.
Physically fit – heavy lifting may be required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a 9:00am start time (Monday–Friday, non-negotiable).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
