Our approach is Australian, yet unbound by traditional dining norms, creating unique venues and experiences to be shared with others.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Host to join our team at Batard. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for our premium dining venue with ease and confidence. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience as a Host in a premium venue
  • Proficiency in systems such as Seven Rooms, Guest Centre, OpenTable, Table Check, ResPAK, or similar
  • Impeccable presentation and exceptional communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed guest expectations
  • Adaptability and ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude
  • Outgoing personality and genuine interest in day-to-day operations
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including opening and closing shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • A valid RSA certificate
