About the Role

As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Business Development: Identifying new prospects, building partnerships, and developing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Execution: Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets, managing complex deals, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team to:

  • Qualify Opportunities: Apply the MEDDPICC methodology to qualify opportunities, build champions, and navigate complex procurement processes.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with influencers, economic buyers, and technical decision-makers across departments.
  • Deliver Value: Develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs, delivering measurable outcomes and long-term value.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strategic Thinking: A deep understanding of government procurement frameworks, ICT strategies, and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Industry Expertise: 8+ years of experience in IT sales, specifically in Federal Government accounts, with a strong track record of success.
  • Certifications: Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, and certifications like MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN are highly regarded.
