The key responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with internal logistics teams to deliver supply performance metrics and preparing contingency plans for potential supply delays.
- Managing and being accountable for a growing business function with significant spend, achieving targeted reductions year on year.
- Influencing and working cross-functionally with distribution centers, transport providers, and supply chain operations to improve service levels.
- Proactively seeking and identifying opportunities to improve the end-to-end supply chain and managing the implementation of initiatives.

- Demonstrated experience in a Supply Planning role, with developed planning and analytical skills
- Strong analytical and data management experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects, focusing on process optimization
- Advanced problem-solving capability, questioning processes, and coming up with ideas to mitigate supply risks
- Experience in managing supply chain network models and system levers to achieve supply metrics
- High proficiency in communication, catering for various stakeholder levels, including vendors and internal stakeholders
