Position Overview:

The Chief Client Officer is a pivotal member of the Leadership Team within a prominent global organization. This role is integral to driving strategic initiatives and enhancing business performance in collaboration with the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in innovative and proactive strategies for product offerings, coverage, and delivery methods.
  • Identify opportunities for engagement within the housing sector and orchestrate campaigns in partnership with Subject Matter Experts and Marketing teams.
  • Evaluate existing retention processes and benchmark them against industry best practices.
  • Facilitate a smooth transition to online renewal processes to boost retention rates.
  • Spot and develop thought leadership opportunities, including webinars, across the industry.
  • Participate strategically in new business ventures and the placement of large, complex accounts, providing support to State Managers as necessary.
  • Enhance technical and sales capabilities within the organization to ensure optimal service delivery to clients.
  • Review operational processes to ensure consistent and appropriate product offerings to clients.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and motivated individual capable of making informed business decisions. A strong focus on client service, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Experience in a strategic, commercially focused environment, along with a proven history of managing and increasing revenue through sales and service channels, is required.
