Key Responsibilities

  • Provide client-focused support to individuals via various channels, including in-person, phone, and written correspondence
  • Manage complaints and client concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records across databases and systems
  • Escalate and refer clients to additional services when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and standards
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient service delivery, including inbox management and application processing

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months experience working in a similar client service or customer support role
  • Cultural awareness and basic understanding of housing complexities
  • Strong communication skills for various situations
  • Previous experience or understanding of the Government/community services sectors is advantageous
  • Ability to confidently work across multiple systems and databases
