About Our Senior Mental Health Clinician Role
We are seeking an experienced mental health professional to join our team as a Senior Mental Health Clinician. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality clinical services in correctional settings, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
This senior role requires strong leadership and mentoring skills, with expertise in behaviour change techniques and support planning. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective strategies for client wellbeing and safety. Key responsibilities include:
- Applying evidence-based practice to manage complex assessments and interventions;
- Mentoring and supervising junior staff members to promote best practice and team cohesion;
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in mental health care through ongoing professional development;
- Managing a diverse caseload and maintaining accurate records of client progress;
- Demonstrating expert clinical knowledge, understanding, and skills to inform service delivery.
