We are seeking an experienced Senior Psychologist to drive clinical excellence and service innovation across specialised clinics.
About the Role- Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based care in eating disorders, body image and broader psychological presentations.
- Drive clinical excellence and service innovation through strategic involvement in service development, quality assurance and program expansion within a specialist clinic.
- Develop and implement effective leadership pathways for team members to enhance their Clinical Psychology expertise and managerial skills.
This is an immediate leadership opportunity from day one with flexible commitment from a minimum of three days per week to full-time.

- CPD budget and structured leadership pathway to enhance Clinical Psychology expertise and managerial skills.
- An established network with over ten years' reputation in treating eating disorders, body image and related psychological presentations.
- A supportive multidisciplinary environment including a practice manager, administrative staff and allied health clinicians.
- Modern clinical rooms featuring telehealth capabilities, AI-assisted documentation and comprehensive assessment resources.
- Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist and Board-approved AHPRA Supervisor.
- Proven capability in evidence-based assessment and treatment of eating disorders, body image concerns and diverse psychological presentations.
- Demonstrated experience supervising placement, provisional, registrar and early-career clinicians.
