Expert Corporate and Commercial Law Professional

Our team is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Lawyer to join our dynamic Legal Excellence & Risk department. As a key member of our Commercial practice group, you will be responsible for providing expert legal support and guidance to our lawyers and partners.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in Corporate and Commercial law. You will have a minimum of four years of post-admission experience and excellent attention to detail. Your ability to prioritize tasks, manage projects autonomously, and communicate effectively with colleagues will be essential in this role.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing precedents and projects plans for our Commercial practice groups;
- Facilitating the development and execution of technical solutions and document process improvements;
- Drafting and maintaining precedents;
- Ensuring style guide compliance;
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop workflows and precedent suites for automation platforms;
- Conducting file audits in conjunction with our Risk team;
- Preparing key matter summaries for business development;
- Maintaining awareness of legislative and case law changes and providing regular updates to our Commercial practice groups;
- Delivering legal educational training and style, precedents, and writing training to our firm.
