An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate/Commercial Senior Lawyer to join a leading legal team in their Brisbane Office. As a Senior Corporate/Commercial Lawyer, you will:
  • Provide strategic legal advice to a wide range of corporate and commercial clients.
  • Manage and negotiate complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructures.
  • Draft and review commercial agreements, contracts, and other key documentation.
  • Offer practical, client-focused solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Mentor and guide junior lawyers to support their professional growth.
About You

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced legal professional who is ready to step up in their career. You'll bring:
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of post-admission experience in corporate/commercial law.
  • Proven experience handling complex transactions and high-value matters.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach to solving legal challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients.
