Here is your opportunity to join a leading Australian commercial law firm with 800+ professionals delivering corporate commercial legal services nationwide.

This role is to work on high-profile mid-market transactions, including:

  • Mergers & acquisitions (public & private)
  • General corporate and commercial advisory
  • Reviewing and drafting a range of commercial contracts
  • Equity capital markets (ECM) transactions
  • Joint ventures & strategic alliances
  • IPOs and secondary capital raisings
  • Due diligence & Drafting reports

The team handles both domestic and cross-border deals, providing exposure to sophisticated legal work and the chance to collaborate with top-tier clients.

We're looking for a motivated and skilled corporate lawyer to join this high-performing team. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 3+ years' PAE in front-end corporate law (open to lawyers with up to 7 years' experience)
  • Proven experience in M&A and business transactions, due diligence and contract drafting
  • A proactive mindset, wanting to work in a mid size team.

This role is perfect for a lawyer who is eager to develop their expertise in corporate M&A, work on high-stakes transactions, and grow within a supportive practice.
