Position Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chef to join our team. As the Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and efficiency. Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

  3. Supervising kitchen staff to ensure adherence to recipes, quality standards, and food safety regulations.
  4. Training kitchen staff on cooking techniques, menu items, and sanitation practices.
  5. Developing culinary skills among team members to maintain high food quality and presentation standards.
  6. Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies while optimizing costs.
  7. Ensuring kitchen operations comply with health regulations and food safety standards.
  8. Monitoring food quality and guest satisfaction.
  9. Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
  10. Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to kitchen team members.
  11. Collaborating with management on event menus and execution.
