We are seeking an experienced Head Chef and Sous Chef to join our team in Regional NSW restaurants. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality food, providing exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
  • Develop and implement menu items, recipes, and kitchen procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional food quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory management, and food safety procedures.
  • Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery is desired, but not essential.
