Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Regional NSW. As a key member of our culinary leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional quality food and exceptional guest experiences in our high-volume restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of chefs to produce high-quality food that meets our brand standards and exceeds guest expectations.
  • Develop and implement menu concepts and recipes that drive sales and profitability.
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Monitor and control kitchen costs to achieve budget targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional quality food and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations and procedures.
  • Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery is desirable.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
