Job Title: Financial Accountant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled financial accountant to join our team. As a financial accountant, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate records and compliance with financial regulations.
  2. Oversee petty cash and banking operations, ensuring accurate records and compliance with financial regulations.
  3. Perform corporate credit card reconciliation and multifactor banking tasks.
  4. Correspond with internal stakeholders on accounting matters.
  5. Prepare end-of-month reports and journal entries, as well as intercompany reconciliations.
Requirements

This role is ideal for someone with bookkeeping/end-to-end accounts experience, particularly in high-volume transaction processing of AP/AR/Payroll. Proficiency in MS Excel is essential, along with the ability to work under pressure and autonomously.

Experience in MYOB AccountRight is required. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are essential qualities for success in this role.
