About the Roles:

  • Experienced Shed Constructor (Full-Time)
  • Labourer (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

  1. Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  2. Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to assemble sheds and outdoor structures
  3. Ensure work meets safety standards and company quality guidelines
  4. Collaborate with the team to deliver projects on time and to customer satisfaction
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  6. Assist with loading and unloading materials as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in shed building or a similar construction role
  • Ability to read blueprints and use hand/power tools with proficiency
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Works well both independently and in a team setting
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to mentor others
  • Some construction or manual labor experience is preferred (but not essential)
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Ability to handle physical tasks and work outdoors in various conditions
