Outdoor Maintenance and Production Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Toowoomba. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing outdoor maintenance tasks, including grass control, weeding, and planting.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in landscape maintenance and the ability to operate landscape equipment. Strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this role.

As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve project goals and adhere to quality standards in landscape maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform outdoor maintenance tasks, including grass control, weeding, and planting.
  • Operate and maintain landscape equipment.
  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in landscape maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to operate landscape equipment.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a premedical, police check or drug and alcohol screening if required.
Production Labourer Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the production process, including assembly, packaging, and quality control.
  • Follow production schedules and meet production targets.
  • Operate machinery and equipment as needed.
  • Ensure product quality and compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Production Labourer Requirements:
  • Previous experience in production or manufacturing preferred.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and quality assurance.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
  • Valid Drivers License.
