We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our landscaping team in Toowoomba, Australia.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Provide physical support for installation and maintenance of landscapes, including planting, irrigation, and hardscapes.
  • Assist with site preparation activities such as digging, grading, and levelling.
  • Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by following protocols and guidelines.
  • Transport and load/unload materials, plants, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the landscaping team to efficiently execute tasks and meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas, including equipment storage and maintenance areas.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on landscapes and associated structures.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress, challenges, and suggestions for improvement.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is preferred.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Basic knowledge of landscaping techniques, plants, and materials.
  • Familiarity with operating and maintaining landscaping tools and equipment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
