Job Description

The Projects Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Property Operations team to ensure the successful execution of projects.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for you to deliver a thrilling new era for our Property Operations team.

  • Manage project accounting - raise POs, track spend, process invoices and procurement
  • Maintain confidential records and filing systems
  • Take and distribute accurate meeting minutes promptly
  • Draft project communications
  • Coordinate project team activities
  • Support compliance with regulatory and audit standards
Requirements

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting project delivery through efficient administration.

  • Previous experience in business administration
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High attention to detail, coordination and organisational skills
