Commercial Licensing Specialist

Affirma is seeking a skilled Commercial Licensing Specialist to join their team. This individual will be responsible for driving results, developing the small and medium business space, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Negotiate complex commercial terms and develop negotiation strategies.
- Upsell and cross-sell experience to drive revenue growth.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to build strong relationships and overcome objections with clients.
- Proficiency in licensing within the commercial executive space.
- Deal-making expertise to lead internal and external sales and management teams through commercial construct optimization.
- Dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and/or external parties.
- Advocate for best practices that promote business, pricing, licensing standards, and consistency.
- Participate in training and educational opportunities to improve job-related skills and technical knowledge.

Requirements:

- Great communication skills-both written and oral
- 3+ years of related experience
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong work ethic
- Sense of accountability and seeing things through to the end
- Fearless and tenacious; results-oriented
- High energy with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Passion for learning and willingness to take initiative
