Professional commercial cleaning business seeks a skilled and reliable individual to join our team as a Commercial Site Maintenance Specialist. This role involves performing a variety of tasks to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of commercial sites across metropolitan and regional Victoria.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be physically fit and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. A full driver's license is essential for this position, which also requires the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.

The Commercial Site Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Performing scheduled cleaning activities such as window cleaning, floor scrubbing, pressure washing and steam cleaning
  • Carrying out programmed cleaning and servicing of public facilities
  • Removing graffiti and restoring assets
  • Handling general handyman duties

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid and full driver's license
  • Degree of fitness required
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Workplace Health and Safety awareness
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
  • Ability to work to target deadlines and quality standards with accurate completion of associated paperwork
  • Minimum 6 months commercial maintenance cleaning experience
