Our trusted Therapy team aims to support and empower individuals on the spectrum and their families/support network to bring about meaningful change based on functional goals. We work in partnership with the individual and their families/support network to identify strengths, areas of need, and develop strategies that build capabilities and align with the participant's interests. What You Bring:

- Tertiary qualifications in occupational therapy or speech pathology
- Experience in disability services is beneficial but not required
- A self-starter eager to deepen skills in neurodivergence
- Membership with professional bodies related to the field
- Current driver's license, use of own vehicle for work (reimbursed per km), and willingness to travel locally
- Keen to work itinerantly in the community, building strong participant relationships
- NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance
- Working with Children Check for paid employment in your state
- Completion of relevant orientation module">
