Positive Behaviour Support Clinician

We are seeking a skilled clinician to join our multidisciplinary team and provide clinical services to individuals with complex needs.
About the Role:
- Assess and observe participants' challenging behaviours, working towards increasing skills and improving emotion regulation.
- Develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans and assessments to support clients in achieving their goals.
- Form close bonds with clients and celebrate their achievements together.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
- NDIS Registration as a Behaviour Practitioner or ability to become registered.
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses.
