Job Title

We are seeking a Provisional Psychologist to join our national team of 300+ professionals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work with allied health practitioners and family members to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Assess and observe participants challenging behaviours and work towards increasing skills, improving emotion regulation and introducing replacement behaviours to reduce restrictive practices.
  • Develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans and assessments to increase quality of life.
Working with NDIS Psychology Services:
  • Provide assessments and interventions across the lifespan and diverse presentations.
  • Have the opportunity to be trained in specific psychological assessments.
Work Life Balance:
  • Resources provided for remote work.
  • Client allocation near home location.
  • Ownership of own schedule to book appointments.
  • Opportunity to work part time or reduced hours.
Requirements:
  • NDIS Registration as a Behaviour Practitioner or ability to register.
  • Bachelors degree in Psychology and Masters qualification.
  • Experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and complex diagnoses.
  • A car and valid driver's licence.
  • National Police Clearance and Working With Vulnerable People Check.
