**Job Overview**:

We are seeking a highly skilled Autism Support Professional to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has demonstrated experience working with individuals with autism and non-verbal communication.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Support clients to maintain and grow their independence in daily living tasks
- Engage with non-verbal communication and maintain a patient, calm approach
- Assist with NDIS goals and creative thinking to maximise quality of life
- Administer medication, provide personal care assistance, and transportation
- Provide authentic companionship to clients

**Requirements:**

- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of ASD and behaviours of concern
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence & Full Comprehensive Car Insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Certificate of Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Current First Aid Certificate & CPR Certification
- Cert III or IV in Disability, Individual Support or Relevant Qualifications
