We are seeking a talented Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services to individuals on the autism spectrum.

As a key member of our Aspect Therapy team, you will work in partnership with participants and their families to identify strengths, areas of need, and develop support strategies that build capabilities and align with their interests. You will also meet participants in their community setting to work on transferable skills that shape their everyday lives.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter eager to deepen their skills in neurodivergence and make a meaningful difference in the lives of people on the autism spectrum.

  • You will possess tertiary qualifications in occupational therapy or speech pathology and have 1-3 years of experience in the field.
  • Experience in disability services is highly valued but not essential.
  • You will be a strong communicator and team player who is passionate about delivering person-centred, strength-based services.
