Dynamic Financial Partner for Northern Operations

We are currently seeking a skilled Business Finance Partner to join our team within Northern Operations. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality financial management and reporting services.
Reporting to the Group Commercial Manager, your primary objectives will be to prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports, annual budgets, and forecasts for Northern Operations & Flight Operations. You will also ensure financial data integrity and accuracy, highlighting emerging trends and insights to inform senior management's decision-making.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly journals, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Analyse and interpret financial data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
- Partner with stakeholders to provide value-added support and guidance on financial matters.
- Assist with external audit processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
To succeed in this position, you will require:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in business planning and commercial analysis, preferably in operations.
- An undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting.
- CA/CPA qualification or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in similar roles, with strong analytical and business partnering skills.
- Advanced Excel and system skills, as well as excellent written and oral communication abilities.
