Job Summary:

We are seeking a Hotel Customer Experience Associate to provide quality service to our guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously. You will maintain strict security procedures, communicate effectively between departments, and promote hotel facilities to maximize sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain strict security procedures, including credit and cash transactions, accounting procedures, issue of room keys and guest confidentiality/privacy.
  • Communicate effectively between hotel departments verbally and in writing.
  • Promote hotel facilities and maximize sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills.

Requirements:

  • Previous 1-2 years of experience working in Front Office or hotel outlets is preferred.
  • Strong computer or system skills preferably in Opera Cloud.
  • Possess strong attention to detail, whilst delivering efficient customer service.
