We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to support the operations function across our growing team in Perth. This diverse role requires excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Assist the team with daily tasks to support business functions
  • Support training and development of team members as required
  • Diary management and document formatting
  • Data audits and preparation of reports
  • Event management for quarterly team events
  • Meeting room maintenance
Requirements
  • Experience in an administration role desired, receptionist experience advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Organized with ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable, approachable, punctual, and professional attitude
What We Offer

A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
