Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Loyalty Host to provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with members.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences through effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Foster strong connections with customers by understanding their needs and preferences
  • Manage complex relationships, handle difficult situations, and maintain a professional demeanor
  • Host events for key clients and provide frontline services that meet their expectations
  • Develop and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Experience in handling difficult situations, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Korean, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse linguistic backgrounds
