Customer Service Ambassador

As our Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in executing strategic business objectives through customer engagement and business development activities. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing customer action plans, marketing and communication strategies, and managing relationships to identify opportunities for growth, service enhancement, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the organization's strategic planning cycles by providing insights and recommendations based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Develop and execute customer-centric marketing and communication plans to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively manage customer relationships to identify opportunities for growth, service enhancement, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and ensure seamless execution of customer-related initiatives.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and forums to build relationships and promote the company's values and mission.
  • Ensure that budgetary targets and role-related KPIs are met by monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Analyze relevant data to provide insights on customer behavior, preferences, and pain points, and develop actionable recommendations to improve customer experience.

Qualifications:

We are seeking an experienced relationship manager who possesses the following qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in relationship management and/or business development within the personal injury / insurance / healthcare sectors.
  • The passion to deliver exceptional customer service with outstanding communication skills.
  • Commercial acumen to drive business growth, profitability, quality initiatives, and marketing activities.
  • Experience in strategic planning and the development of customer management frameworks.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • A commitment to acting with integrity and adhering to contractual guidelines and requirements.
