Community Engagement Manager Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing and PR strategies for community programs, collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Foster relationships between alumni and stakeholders, coordinating community events and seminars that promote lasting connections.
  • Design and manage processes for fundraising events at our centres, overseeing reporting across multiple platforms.
  • Guide workplace giving and volunteering initiatives, leading these programs and collaborating with team members.
  • Collaborate with the brand and content team to elevate community elements of campaigns, ensuring alignment and effective planning.
  • Support data collation and validation for community reports, working closely with the community team.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth collaboration and planning for key moments.
