Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service with a positive attitude. This includes attending to cleaning and restocking duties with enthusiasm, innovatively merchandising and rotating stock to maintain store presentation, and supporting store operations across trading hours.

You will also be responsible for preparing and handling food to an exceptional standard, handling cash and processing transactions in a timely fashion, and performing physical tasks such as heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.

  • Capable of working autonomously and within a team environment
