About the Opportunity

The university invites applications for a strategic leader to oversee Workforce Systems, Reporting and Payroll. This role will drive the strategic direction, operational delivery, and continuous improvement of these systems to support a contemporary, compliant environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of systems, payroll, and superannuation.
  • Oversee HR systems, payroll, reporting, and the delivery of a new HRIS.
  • Partner with other central service functions and the academic community to drive transformation and improved performance.
Requirements
  • Experience in operationalising people strategies in a large, complex organisation.
