This role involves supporting NDIS Participants in achieving their vocational goals and building sustainable career pathways through tailored employment support.

  • Deliver hands-on and consultative support to participants, helping them develop and establish their vocational identity.
  • Provide mentorship and skills development to increase people's capacity for work.
  • Offer person-centred supports to participants transitioning from school to work.
  • Provide on-site support once employment has commenced and assist with integration.
  • Support and consult with employers.

We welcome candidates from various backgrounds, including Youth Services, NDIS, Community Services and Employment Services. The ideal candidate is a resilient and creative problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check.
  • Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Successful completion of a NDIS Worker Orientation Module prior to commencement.
  • Availability to travel for service delivery and participant support.
  • Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
