Job Summary

In this role, you will provide tailored support and programs to individuals with diverse and complex needs, empowering them to lead fulfilling and independent lives. You will work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality services that meet the unique challenges faced by our clients.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing person-centered support and care to individuals with complex needs
  • Developing and implementing personalized support plans
  • Building strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate IV or higher in a relevant field (such as Care, Support, or Community Services)
  • Current First Aid certification
  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • A genuine commitment to enriching the lives of others, particularly individuals with complex needs
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of established work practices and procedures relevant to the industry
