Job Description

As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in empowering individuals to live more independently and achieve their NDIS goals. You will conduct specialist assessments, develop tailored intervention plans, and collaborate with participants, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care.

Working collaboratively with our team, you will be responsible for conducting functional capacity assessments, developing independent living skills, and ensuring services are delivered within NDIS funding allocations and in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive assessment and intervention plans that support the unique needs of each participant.
  • Build effective relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Monitor client progress, maintain accurate documentation, and adjust interventions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A qualified and passionate Occupational Therapist with strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
  • Experience working with diverse participants, including those with disabilities and older adults.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage caseloads, meet reporting requirements, and adapt to changing needs.

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
