Occupational Therapist Role

Amplar Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Geelong, supporting clients to live independently and achieve their goals through personalized community-based care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver services to Home Care Package clients, including home assessments, equipment prescription, and home modifications
  • Support recovery through Rehab in the Home (post-orthopaedic surgery)
  • Assist clients post-hospitalisation via the Hospital in the Home program
  • Ensure quality care by maintaining AHPRA registration (Full or Limited – Remote Level)
  • Provide support for new graduates; experience in community or aged care is a plus
  • Skilled in promoting health and wellbeing through client-centred care
  • Comfortable working independently and travelling across Geelong (vehicle required; travel reimbursement provided)
