Job Description:

Casual visitor services guides are expected to deliver exceptional visitor experiences at the stunning Ku-ring-gai Wildflower Garden in St Ives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and information to visitors
  • Support public programs, tours, and events
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all guests
  • Contribute to the day-to-day operation of the Visitor Centre
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work confidently with the public (including children and families)
  • Interest in Australian native plants and local wildlife (training provided)
  • Availability to work weekends and school holidays as required
  • Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Current Class C Drivers Licence
  • Desirable: Certificate III in Captive Animals or fauna care experience
