
Customer Experience Coordinator

This role is for a skilled professional who can provide an exceptional experience for all visitors and guests. We are seeking someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
About the Role- Coordinate and maintain a high standard of presentation on a daily basis of reception areas, ensuring all spaces are clean, presentable and stocked with supplies as needed.
- Manage the office onboarding process for new starters, coordinating with IT and other departments to ensure a smooth start to the company.
- Present a professional, friendly image to all visitors and courteously assist anyone visiting the office, managing the Visitor Management System (VMS) as required.
- Reception Management: Ensure reception areas are presented to a high standard on a daily basis.
- Onboarding: Manage the office onboarding process for new starters, coordinating with IT and other departments.
- First Impressions: Present a professional, friendly image to all visitors and manage the VMS.
- HR System Requests: Deliver resolution of all Tier 1 requests within the defined SLA of 48 hours.
- Reporting: Perform reporting in ServiceNow to analyse key trends and themes.
- Maintain HR System Knowledge Articles: Create, review and update knowledge articles within ServiceNow.
- Compliance and Policies: Ensure any visitors and new starters at York St are compliant in their safety induction on arrival.
- Customer Service: Create an engaging, personable, and customer service focused experience for Leaders and Team Members when responding to enquiries and actioning employment document requests.
- People Experience Projects: Support/lead key initiatives/projects while balancing day-to-day activities.
- Must have experience using Service Now.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is required.
- Experience using SAP system, raising purchase orders and processing invoices is necessary.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- At least 3 years customer service experience is needed.
- Exceptional customer service and business partnering skills with ability to handle difficult situations with composure.
- Passion for providing an exceptional experience for all visitors and guests.
- Well-developed communication skills.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and act quickly to implement action plans.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
