We are seeking a Customer-Focused Concierge to join our team. As part of our Support Team, you will be at the heart of our operations, supporting positions across various portfolios.
Main Responsibilities:- Curate exceptional experiences that leave a lasting impression on visitors and occupants.
- Ensure seamless interactions and memorable experiences for clients and visitors.
- Support diverse teams, including reception, concierge, placemaking, hospitality, workplace solutions, events, and meeting coordination.
- At least two years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, airline, retail, or a similar service-oriented sector.
- Strong customer-centric and hospitality-led mindset, adapting to visitors' and employees' needs and preferences.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and pragmatic approach.
