Senior Electronics Design Engineer

This is a key leadership role within the electronics design team, with a focus on designing and developing innovative electronic products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics engineering, with significant experience in leading cross-functional teams and guiding project delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of complex electronic projects from concept to manufacture, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure high-quality materials and services are sourced efficiently.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for assigned projects, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the electronics design team through mentoring, training, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in electronics engineering, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of analog and digital electronics, as well as relevant software tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and budgets while maintaining high levels of professionalism and discretion.
