">Job Description
">This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute across the full lifecycle of product development, from design and prototyping through to verification, validation, manufacturing, and sustainment.
">The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electronics and electrical systems, particularly within power electronics and embedded systems.
">Responsibilities
">Designing digital, analogue, and power electronics for use in advanced systems
">Drafting schematics and PCB layouts, generating design and output documentation
">Contributing to integration and testing of electronic assemblies
">Reviewing engineering work including schematics, mockups, and PCB layouts
">Participating in verification, validation, and troubleshooting of design faults
">Developing, executing, and reporting on engineering test activities
">Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors on technical matters
">Supporting manufacturing and sustainment engineering activities
">Assisting in lab set-up and participating in field trials as required
">Contributing to continuous improvement of processes, products, and standards
">Skills and Qualifications
">Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related discipline
">2-6 years of industry experience in a similar role
">Strong knowledge of electronics fundamentals, especially power electronics and embedded systems
">Proficiency with E-CAD tools (ideally Altium Designer)
">Comfortable using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, spectrum analysers, etc.)
">Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
">Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines
">High attention to detail with a commitment to quality
